Creating Uncommon Crystal Couture

Along the banks of the Charles River in Waltham, Massachusetts, just outside Boston, you will find a unique studio housing the uncommon crystal couture works of Sondra Celli. Under the inspiring direction of this innovative designer, bolts of fabrics and boxes of sparkling Swarovski® crystals (“bling!”) are transformed into one-of-a-kind, jaw-dropping designs for Celli’s Custom Crystal Couture line and her gypsy-inspired Bling! Collection.

For years Sondra’s imaginative designs have been seen in publications such as; Town & Country, Vogue, Harper’sBazaar, New York Times, The Sun, The Boston Globe, and The Huffington Post. In addition, Sondra’s more whimsical designs and over-the-top wedding dresses have been showcased on TLC’s hit, My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding, and its spinoff series, Gypsy Sisters. TLC even developed a series of specials called, Bling It On to showcase Sondra’s crystal-packed couture. Her sparkling fashion line features genuine Swarovski crystals adorning baptism gowns, communion, bat mitzvah, prom, and quinceañera dresses, plus accessories, competitive costumes, home décor, pet accessories and more!

Sondra Celli expanded her prolific portfolio to include custom uniforms for the New England Patriots Cheerleaders and a limited edition figurine. For the cheerleading squad Sondra created a sparkling red, white and blue design that jumps to life under the lights of Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts, home of the four time Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots.

More recently, Sondra Celli teamed up with Royal Staffordshire in the United Kingdom, producers of a prestigious array of collectible figurines, to create Crystal Bride by Sondra Celli, a stunning limited edition porcelain. Crystal Bride was inspired by one of Sondra's popular gypsy wedding dress designs and crafted by renowned master sculptor, David Lyttleton. It features 31 handmade flowers, sparkling Swarovski crystals and glorious platinum highlights. The figurine is available on Amazon.com.
